Haven't really had a hobby in forever despite being quite creative by nature. With age sometimes we stop trusting ourselves with our own talents because everyone on the internet looks so good and effortless and interesting. That's just sad, though.
As a human with so many hobbies I've lost track of some of them, I highly recommend finding an outlet that involves simple, repetitive movements. I started with knitting, and hand sewing, embroidery and spinning and the list goes on. When you're creating with your hands it brings peace to your heart. ❤️
YES to an analog hobby. I crochet, but have not picked my hooks up in a while. My daughter crochets actual art pieces and it is amazing to see how she has taken up something I love and created art people love.
